Top 6 Reasons Leading Vendors Partner with GAA

Graphic Arts Alliance is the industry’s largest member-owned and operated purchasing group. GAA is for commercial printing and packaging companies between $3MM and $150MM in annual revenue. Vendors at this level enjoy a wide array of benefits including:

Expand Market Share

Gain direct access to over 200 mid-sized and large independent commercial printers and packaging companies — a high-value, hard-to-penetrate market segment without the typical channel noise.

Increase Loyalty and Retention

GAA members prioritize trusted vendor relationships and long-term partnerships. Positioning as a GAA-approved vendor strengthens your foothold, builds loyalty, and reduces churn over time.

Gain Strategic Customer Insights

Receive exclusive quarterly reports and vendor newsletters featuring aggregated purchasing trends, member feedback, and strategic insights — helping you better understand and anticipate the needs of this critical customer segment.

Boost Exposure to Decision Makers

Elevate your brand directly in front of the owners, presidents, and senior executives at mid-sized and large printing and packaging companies — the real decision-makers controlling procurement.

Stand Out with Educational Content

Partner with GAA on educational initiatives, webinars, and content programs that position your brand as an industry authority and value-added partner — not just another vendor.

Reduce Customer Churn

By embedding your brand into the GAA ecosystem, you strengthen relationships and create a stickier customer experience, dramatically reducing the risk of competitors pulling your accounts away.

We want our vendors to succeed in our group! This will include quarterly reporting, an open line of communication, and working with our management company to ensure our vendors have a beneficial relationship with our members.

We want to create long-term partnerships. Once a contract is established, we want to renew contracts rather than going out to the marketplace again.

You can pick what you would like to present to our members. It is a 30–40-minute webinar, with time left for questions. Although we want you to promote yourselves, we want to make sure it is insightful to all our members. Educate our members on industry trends, the latest technology, and more.

All group information is open to the members. This includes contracts, rebate amount or percentage, national pricing, and compensation for the management company (The Braceland Group).

The management company calculates and distributes the rebates, brings new members into the group, manages all contract negotiations, and works closely with members to ensure success in the group. Wendy Romig holds the role of Managing Director of GAA.
